Privacy Notice
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice explains how K3S Studio handles information when you visit keyll.cloud or join the Keyll waitlist. Keyll is a work in progress and has not been released. The waitlist is used to send you one email when Keyll launches and to learn what people need from it. It is not a general marketing list.
This notice covers the website and waitlist. Before Keyll launches, we will publish privacy information for the product itself.
Who is responsible
K3S Studio runs keyll.cloud and the Keyll waitlist. For a privacy question or to use any of your data protection rights, use the K3S Studio contact page.
What we collect and why
- Your email address, so we can send you one email when Keyll launches.
- Your answers to the waitlist questions: whether you've had a surprise bill and roughly how large it was, whether you would pay for Keyll, which providers you use, and anything you write in the free-text field. We use these to decide whether to build Keyll and what to build first.
- The link tag you arrived with, if any (for example a post on X), so we can see which announcements reach people.
- When you joined or last updated your answers, and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
We use your IP address for up to an hour, in memory, to limit automated signups. We do not store it with your waitlist entry. Our hosting and network providers process connection information to deliver and protect the site, and the tracking tools described below collect information about your visit.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given with the checkbox on the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time through the K3S Studio contact page. Withdrawing does not affect processing that happened before.
We do not sell your information or make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We use hosting and network providers that process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not sell your waitlist entry or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry until you ask us to remove it or withdraw consent. When Keyll launches, we send the launch email and then delete the waitlist, including your answers. If we decide not to build Keyll, we delete the waitlist then.
Your rights
Subject to data protection law, you can ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict your information, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country or place of work. Send requests through the K3S Studio contact page. The European Commission explains how organisations handle individual rights requests.
Cookies and tracking
We use some tracking and analytics tools to understand how people find keyll.cloud and how well our announcements and ads work. These tools may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We use HTTPS, collect as little as we can, and restrict database access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle waitlist information changes. The date above shows the latest revision. If a change needs new consent, we will ask before applying it to your entry.
