Terms of Service

These terms apply to keyll.cloud and the Keyll waitlist, run by K3S Studio. Keyll is a work in progress and has not been released. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a subscription, a purchase, or a right to use an unreleased product.
Joining the waitlist
Use an email address you control and agree to receive one email when Keyll launches. You can leave at any time through the K3S Studio contact page. Waitlist information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
Product descriptions and pricing
The site describes a product that is still being built. Features, providers, timings, and the price shown may change before launch, and some may not ship. The simulated product views and the timings on the page show how Keyll is designed to work. They are not measured results. If Keyll launches, any paid service will come with its own product terms before you sign up or pay.
No insurance or guarantee of outcome
Keyll is a monitoring tool. It is not insurance, and nothing on this site promises to pay, refund, or cover any cloud or AI bill. Dispute help means we help you prepare evidence and a refund claim. Whether a provider grants a refund is entirely the provider's decision. You remain responsible for your own accounts, API keys, and bills.
The free key check
The script on this page is provided as is, for you to read and run at your own discretion. It only reads information from your Google Cloud account, but you are responsible for reviewing it and for any changes you make to your keys based on its output.
Third-party information
The bills and incidents on this page come from public reporting, linked next to each one. We are not affiliated with Google, Amazon, Cloudflare, or any other provider named on the site. Their names are used only to identify their services.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or try to access systems or information without permission.
Intellectual property
The Keyll name, logo, site design, and original content belong to K3S Studio or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. These terms do not give you a licence to copy or redistribute the site or brand.
Availability and changes
The site and waitlist are provided while available and may change or close. We may correct content, update these terms, pause signups, or close the waitlist.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, or removes rights you have under mandatory consumer or data protection law. To the extent the law allows, K3S Studio is not responsible for indirect loss from the site being unavailable or from relying on pre-release descriptions that may change.
